I acquired this because of other’s reviews

I checked out a few different sunshine lamps on Amazon and ended up with this one because the retail price was discounted. The company’s website failed to have as many detailed specs when i wanted to see before buying the product, so I called customer satisfaction. To receive 10, 000 lux, you have to sit no less than as close as 15 inches. The manual says while using the ionizer on, you can sit where 20 inches (I’m undecided I believe that – I’m sure it’s just recommended to get a “treatment session”, not for the 10, 000 lux). Also, the lights should be perfect for about 3 years (you’ll find 4 in the light), and it’s currently $60 to exchange all 4.

As for the ionizer, I wasn’t looking for anything this way feature, and I was skeptical over it at first. However, I NatureBright SunTouch Plus. have since learned it’s a great suntouch plus towards the light itself; it’s like having outdoors blowing at you. With the ionizer and the lamp on, I almost feel just like I’m sitting outside on the sunny day.
Shipping was prompt, customer service was ALL RIGHT (they did take a day to call everyone back even during business hours- however they were nice and responded to all my questions), and I’m very happy about the lamp. I’m not a morning hours person, but I find myself actually looking forward to going to work each day just so I can sit near to the lamp. I wasn’t convinced after i bought the lamp which light therapy would truly counter my winter depressive disorder, but I’m a believer now. This lamp has certainly worked well personally.

I read a lots of reviews before purchasing this device and most addressed the actual unit’s fragility, and the smell. As to the fragility: I’ve knocked the sunlamp off the table onto a wood floor, and it still operates.

The smell: I really don’t much like the smell, I’m very sensitive to smells, but you can turn that part off and just use the sunlamp.
The product description says that the ionic feature is good for allergies, and maybe once you get accustomed to the smell it performs. I can’t handle the item, so I’m not planning to try again until I’m really stuffed up.

I’ve been using the sunlamp feature around two weeks and I’ve truly noticed a marked increase within my energy (it is often very overcast lately, which usually makes me wish to sleep all day), I’ve been sleeping more soundly and stumbling out of bed refreshed as well. Nothing else has changed within my life, so NatureBright SunTouch Plus Light and Ion Therapy Lamp. I have to provide credit to the light fixture.

Another of my concerns was the practicality of observing a lamp for fifteen minutes per day, in the morning, I set it up slightly behind my monitor and barely notice that.
I have no regrets in regards to the money I spent for this item, it was totally worthwhile.
